Reminders for parents

Hello Starlights!
What a strange end to the year it has been! It’s been a bit odd not seeing your faces every day and hearing about all of the fun things you have been up to.
Now it’s time for us all to have a lovely summer break and make sure we do plenty of relaxing!
My plans for the holidays are to decorate my bedroom and read some of the books I’ve not had time to read. What are your plans?
I hope you will be getting plenty of fresh air (in a safe way) and I hope you enjoy doing some of the activities in the home learning pack!
I look forward to seeing you after the holiday and hearing about what you have been up to - I bet you’ve all grown up so much!
For now, have a lovely summer and stay safe!
Love from, Miss Deacon :)

Ps, I’ve put some final photos of Max and Milo on because of course they want to wish you a fab summer too! I wonder if you can guess who is who?!

A message from Miss Deacon

Hello Starlights!

I hope you’re all okay and making the most of spending time with your families.

This week, my cats had their first birthday! I gave them a special dinner and we had lots of fun having cuddles and playing with their toys.

We have been very busy, doing lots of cooking and spending time in our garden whilst the sun is shining!

Have a lovely half term and if you are celebrating Eid, I hope you have a wonderful time.

Love from,

Miss Deacon :)

A message from Miss Deacon

Hello Starlights!

I hope you’re all looking after yourselves and working hard!

Max and Milo have been very happy to have me at home and they love story time! Have you been practising your reading too? I know we were all getting so good at ‘looking at the letters, making the sounds and blending the sounds together’.

Yesterday was lovely and warm, so I spent the day in my garden doing a bit of a shape hunt! I’ve discovered that my fences are square shaped and the tallest tree in my garden has a trunk shaped like a cylinder! Have you got any shapes in your garden or house?

Look forward to seeing you soon,

Love from Miss Deacon   J
